Tell me about the tables & the tourney...Did everybody have a good time? I know that these were home models & the first time anybody has played on them..What was it like playing on new tables at a 50k tournament...Eeeeek!! Fill me in!!!

The tables were different for sure.  The surface is stickier than even the new tornado tables (not much), the men are a little different, the goals are slightly smaller so you are unable to hit a "straight" pull shot without putting an angle to tuck it into the corner.  The combo between the ball an surface make ball control much different.  It is MUCH easier to control the ball and catch loose balls.  In order to have an edge on your opponent, you much catch every loose ball and be quick because the ball slows down quickly and if you miss it, your opponent will not.The pull shot and brush pass mush be adjusted, but once the adjustment is made things fare quite well.The snake shot is easier to hit and control.  A walking snake is sure to be common.The euro-pin will likely be a fun and very good shot on the table.I believe that once people adjusted, everyone had a great time.  Everyone played fairly well.I hope this helps and we missed you and Ali.-Clark
