Since we can't play in Dayton next Saturday...

    Hey all...

So where are we going to foos next Saturday since McGuffy's is no longer holding tournaments?  Anyone want to ride with me up to Michigan to play their Super Doubles thing?  I would drive up Saturday morning or Friday night, and then drive back Sunday morning (I have to go to work Sunay night).  I'm not sure this would be worth the 5 hour drive, but if we had a group going, it might be fun enough.

    Here is the information:

    Shore Club, Sept 6th, Bar opens at 2:00. Am doubles @ 3, Beginner doubles @ 4, Open doubles @ 5, Pro am @ 7.

Pro Am- Pro plays with a beginner, Expert plays with a rookie or beginner, Am's can play with Am's.

All events are a 100% payback with the bar kicking in at least $120 for the super doubles playoff.

Players if you know of a potential new player, please bring them. $5 and they play in three events including beginner doubles. Good tournament to bring some new blood in.

I would also be looking for partners for Am Dubs and the Pro Am.  Anyone interested?

    :)

Ronnie sent out a text (to those of us who have entered the 21st century and have cell phones...*cough donna cough*) saying due to lack of cooperation from the new owner, no more tournaments at McGuffy's.
